Return Window
Items may be returned within 45 days of the original purchase date. Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) must be requested within this period. Approved returns must be received by us within 50 days of the original shipment date. This ensures refunds can be processed within the 60‑day limit required by certain payment processors.
Return Fees
- Opened Electronics: Opened electronics cannot be returned. Any opened electronic item will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.
- Unopened Electronics: Unopened electronics may be returned and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Items must remain sealed in their original packaging.
- Non‑Electronic Items: Opened non‑electronic items may be returned and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate correction.
Return Guidelines
Returned items must be in their original packaging, in perfect condition, and fully functional. Opened electronics will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. If a returned item is not in acceptable condition, additional fees may apply or the return may be refused.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
