Shipping Policy
Order Processing Times Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received. During high‑volume periods, processing may extend to 5 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding APD‑observed holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected service level. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary based on location and service level.
Shipping Carriers APD primarily ships through UPS for its reliability and nationwide coverage. When necessary, APD may use FedEx or USPS based on destination, cost, or service availability. Available service levels may include:
· UPS Ground
· UPS 2nd Day Air
· UPS Next Day Air (when available)
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking A shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update depending on the carrier.
Shipping Locations United States: All 50 states International: Limited availability
· Duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility.
· APD may decline international orders due to carrier or regulatory restrictions.
Customs, Duties & Taxes APD is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to international shipments. All charges imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
Delivery Delays APD is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged during transit, contact APD within 5 business days with photos of the packaging and contents. APD will assist with the carrier claim process.
Lost or Stolen Packages Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, APD’s responsibility ends. For lost or stolen packages, customers should contact the carrier directly. APD will provide documentation if needed.
Order Changes & Cancellations Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have entered the fulfillment process. If you need assistance, contact APD immediately after placing your order.
