Order processing
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. UPS is our primary carrier; FedEx and USPS may be used as needed. Tracking information is provided when your order ships.

Where we ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Limited international shipping may be available. Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes on international orders.

Damaged shipments
Please report damaged shipments within 5 business days of delivery and contact us with photos and your order information.

Order changes and cancellations
Order changes or cancellations cannot be made after fulfillment has begun.
